Pom Pom Easter Egg Paint

This craft is really simple to make and can then be turned into a great Easter card for family members or friends.

Here’s what you need:

  • Construction paper
  • Washable paint
  • Pom poms (different sizes optional)
  • Paint brush
  • Binder clips or clothespins

Directions:

  1. Assemble supplies

  2. Use pom poms to fill in your egg

Paint Filled Egg Splatter Paint Canvas

This craft is sure to bring lots of smiles and laughter to your kids. What is more fun than throwing eggs and having them splatter all over a canvas?

Here’s what you need:

  • Emptied eggshells
  • Washable paint
  • Tissue Paper
  • Glue Stick
  • Canvas (or poster board)

Directions:

  1. Empty the eggshells by buttering a knife and gently cutting off the top of the eggshell so the yoke can dump out.
  2. Rinse the eggshells with antibacterial soap out so it is clean for the paint and then let dry in the carton.
  3. Fill the dried eggshells with paint.
  4. Cover with tissue paper and glue.
  5. Take the canvas outside along with the eggs.
  6. Throw eggs at canvas for best affect.

Fingerprint Carrot and Bunny Craft for Kids

This cute craft is another great substitute for a store bought card that is great for family members and friends. It can easily be done at the kitchen table with little to no mess involved, making it perfect for your kids to have fun and still keep the house clean.

Here’s what you need:

  • Orange, brown and white washable paint
  • Construction paper
  • Green twine
  • Scissors
  • Brown marker

Directions:

  1. Draw a wiggly line with brown marker for the dirt.
  2. Dip thumb into orange paint and place it below the brown line.
  3. Dip pointer finger and place below thumbprint.
  4. Dip pinky finger and place below the pointer fingerprint.
  5. Cut green twine into small pieces and glue above the brown line.
  6. Add some fingerprint bunnies by using a thumbprint for the bottom and a pointer fingerprint for the body and then draw the ears with brown paint.
  7. Add a bunny tail after the brown paint dries by dipping yourpointer finger in white paint and placing it on the body of the bunny.
  8. To complete the craft dip your fingers in the brown paint and fill the bottom of the painting with dirt.
